Clients new to pilates: It is strongly recommended you book a Private Session before attending a Group Class in order to learn the basic Pilates Reformer moves, and to get familiar with the equipment. Another option is to attend our Intro to Pilates Reformer Workshop, or sign up for an Align or Breathe class.

It’s all about control and precision.

On the reformer machine, you will tone muscles, improve flexibility and balance, and strengthen your core. We pay special attention to proper body alignment and movement control, making sure no muscle gets left behind! This class is great to prepare you for all of our other classes. 50 minutes long.

Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered!

This advanced reformer class is a fusion of Pilates-based exercises and fitness drills to increase the intensity of your workout. You’ll make quick transitions between moves to keep your heart rate up. If you are new to reformer workouts, please attend the Align class prior to taking this class. Not appropriate for clients who are injured or pregnant. 50 minutes long.

Experience the fun of an athletic Reformer class!

Our signature class is a total body workout on the reformer machine. You will shake, sweat and stretch to the sound of upbeat music! Our oh-so-good routines will leave you feeling strong and refreshed. If you are new to reformer workouts, please attend the Align class prior to taking this class. 50 minutes long.

A little self-care goes a long way.

A restorative reformer class focused on relieving tight muscles, improving range of motion, and increasing flexibility. A variety of props may be used including myofascial release balls, bands, and foam rollers. 55 minutes long.

Get your cardio on!

The combination of jumping (lying down) and strength exercises all on the reformer machine is a great low-impact cardio workout. This class was made to make you shake, sweat, and have fun! If you are new to reformer workouts, please attend the Align class prior to taking this class. Not appropriate for clients who are injured or pregnant. 50 minutes long.

Where your reformer practice meets your inner yogi.

Bringing yoga moves to the reformer to challenge balance, flexibility, and strength. This class focuses on staying centered by controlling every movement, supported by your core. Similar to a vinyasa class, you will flow from one movement to the next while paying close attention to the breath. If you are new to reformer workouts, please attend the Align class prior to taking this class. 50 minutes long.
